I noticed the controller is recognized as «XINPUT compatible HID device» in «Device Manager — Human Interface Devices» and «Devices and Printers».
I think it means Windows it using a universal driver for the controller. I am using Windows 10 19042.630, and I noticed that the driver for Xbox Series X Controller has a driver version 10.0.19041.610.
If Microsoft will provide new driver for the controller to enable share button and display the correct device name in the system?

Sounds like a faulty controller to me. Especially if it used to work but now it doesn’t and the fact that you’ve tried it on two different computer’s.
Downloading drivers won’t help as there are no updated drivers. The drivers for the Xbox 360 controllers are built into Windows 10. There no issues with Xbox 360 controllers and Windows 10 to my knowledge.
The only way for sure would be to try another Xbox 360 controller or a third party Xinput supported controller. Failing that an Xbox One or Series X|S controller.

If your controller works on other PC’s bar the one you actually want to use it on there is either something wrong with your PC or there is a problem with your Windows installation. Drivers for both the Xbox One and Series controllers are already built into Windows 10 and 11, therefore there is no external drivers to download.
As for Bluetooth, a standard BT dongle on Amazon cost no more than around $10-12.
