Принтер струйный, или лазерный? Если струйник — делать диагностику, смотреть уровни чернил, состояние дюз, дополнительные начстройуи цветовой гаммы.
Если лазерник — смотреть настройки драйвера, не стоит ли галочка «печать в градациях серого», опять таки проверить состоянике картриджей.
И это, вот прям совсем нубская тема: принтер новый, или уже печатали в цвете на нём? Если новый — когда картриджи ставили, ленту защитную вытащили? ))))))))

У одного из пользователей появилась раздражающая проблема с цветным принтером HP. После подключения принтера (напрямую или в виде сетевого принтера) и установки драйвера принтер работает нормально, цветные документы печатаются. Но через несколько дней опция цветной печати пропадает из меню принтера. В результате принтер печатает только черно белые страницы.
Если удалить принтер из устройств Windows и переустановить драйвера цветная, то печать опять работает, но опять только временно.
В первую очередь откройте настройки принтера (Print preferences) и перейдите на вкладку Paper/Quality (на принтерах HP). Убедитесь, что здесь выбрана опция Color вместо Black & White.
Если опция цветной печати здесь отсутствует, нажмите кнопку Advanced. В окне Advanced Properties в разделе Document Options переключите значение Print in Grayscale в Off.
После этого включите цветную печать в настройках принтера.
На принтерах HP также нужно проверить еще одну опцию в настройках драйвера. Откройте свойства принтера и перейдите на вкладку Device Settings. В списке опций принтера убедитесь (Printer features), что Device Type установлен в Color (а не Auto detect или Monochrome).
Если опция цветной печати все еще не доступна, нужно создать специальный параметр реестра в ветке принтера.
- Запустите
Regedit.exe
; - Перейдите в ветку HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\YourPrinterName\PrinterDriverData;
- Создайте в ветке реестра DWORD параметр с именем ColorPrinting и значением 1;
- Перезапустите службу печати с помощью PowerShell:
get-service spooler|restart-service
Проверьте что опция “Print to Color” теперь доступна в настройках принтера. Это работает не только для HP принтеров, но и для других моделей, например, Canon, Epson и т.д.

In case the change in Advanced settings is not applicable for this problem, then you need to change your Printer Driver. In this method, we will remove our printer and add another one. So, to change the printer driver, follow the below steps.
- Click on the Search icon and type the control panel and open it
- Make sure that View by is set on the Large icon
- Click on the Devices and Printers
- Choose your printer and right-click on it and click on Remove device
- If the system prompts you to delete the driver, then click Yes
- Now, go to the top and click on the Add a Printer after that your system will begin searching for the printers attached to your network
- Now, in the given list of printers, click on The printer that I want isn’t listed even though your printer is there in the list
- On the new screen click on My printer is a little older. Help me find it
- After that, the Window will start searching for the printers attached to the network
- If you see the message that says The driver is already installed, check the box of the option Replace the current driver and then click on the Next button
- You can change or leave the default name of the printers as it is, then clicks on Next
- Select your Printer sharing option and click on the Next
- Set your printer as the default printer and click on Finish
- After that try to print a text document
