Будет, но с тормозами, даже если выкрутить винде все что можно, она будет отъедать 700-800МБ памяти. Запустите Word и все, память закончится, компьютер будет трещать жестким диском. У меня на работе 2ГБ памяти, отключено все, но бывает и этого не хватает, если запустить кучу вкладок в браузере или несколько программ сразу. Для 7-ки оптимально 4ГБ памяти, этого обычно хватает на большинство задач. А дома мне и 8ГБ не хватает, когда я виртуальную сеть из 4-5 компов запускаю.

Если установите 32-разрядную Windows 7, то работать будет (нужно 1 ГБ оперативной памяти). Если же 64-разрядную, то нет (так как нужно 2 ГБ).

Значит Вам необходимо установить 32-разрядную ОС.

Кроме того нужно чтобы:

  1. тактовая частота процессора была не меньше 1 гигагерца (ГГЦ),
  2. 16 ГБ пространства на жёстком диске,
  3. графическое устройство DirectX 9 с драйвером WDDM версии 1.0 или выше.

Эти требования по минимуму. Чем выше от минимума, тем быстрей и стабильней работа Windows 7.

Если же Вы оптимизируете систему — отключите лишние визуальные эффекты, уберёте ненужные приложения, пожирающие ресурсы, — то ОС конечно же станет работать лучше.

1 Гигабайт памяти соответствует минимальным требованиям, то есть система точно стартует. Чтобы меньше тормозило, нужно отключить графические эффекты, возможно, уменьшить разрешение экрана. При помощи Ccleaner или аналогичной программы убрать все лишнее из автозагрузки, и взять антивирус полегче («Касперский» вряд ли подойдет).

У меня работала облегчённая Windows 7 для нетбуков в нетбуке «Emashines-355» с 1 ГБ оперативной памяти и процессором 1,6 ГГц. «Тормозами» больше являлись программы, а не система. Кстати, в вопросе нет сведений о процессоре в Вашей материнской плате, а это тоже имеет большое значение.

Вообще минимальные требования на Windows 7 будет достаточно 1 ГБ оперативной памяти. Если компьютер тормозит то это уже дело не в памяти, а в процессоре.Чем больше GHz ,тем лучше будет работать операционная система на компьютере. Так что у вас скорее всего слабый процессор.

Крайне не советую вам ставить на компьютер с данными характеристиками Виндоус 7, пробовал уже на подобную старую машинку ставить — сплошные тормоза, ну не тянут они ее. И главное, зачем оно вам? Для старых машинок лучше Виндоус ХР ничего нет, просто ставьте ее и радуйтесь

Думаю, что работать будет, но будет тормозить сильно. Я бы на Вашем месте поставил ХР, что позволило бы ускорить работу данной программы у Вас на компьютере. Я недавно делал в офисе нечто подобное. Скорость заметно выросла.

Все равно тормозить будет. Единственный вариант — это отключить, либо удалить все программы. Но тогда зачем нужен такой аппарат? В косынку играть?
