Windows Insiders can now download ISO files for Windows 10 19H2 build 18363, and Windows 10 20H1 build 18970 (via Neowin). These ISO files allow you to perform a clean installation of their respective build of Windows 10. Build 18363 is the first build from the Windows 10 19H2 update to have an ISO released. Build 18970 is from the fast ring. You can get both builds at the Windows Insider site.
Windows 10 19H2 is relatively small when compared to previous updates we’ve seen in the Fall. 19H2 is an update for the already released 19H1 and will roll out like a normal Patch Tuesday release.
The 19H2 update is set to be finalized in the near future. It should roll out to users this Fall. If you want to grab the new ISO files, Insiders can download them now at Microsoft.

Windows 10 Version 1909 is the upcoming feature update to Windows 10. Unlike all its predecessors, it won’t be released as a full OS image. Instead, Microsoft is about to push it as a cumulative update over the Windows Update.
Windows 10 19H2 is a minor update with a smaller set of enhancements focused primarily on select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements.
Microsoft is going to ship Windows 10 19H2 as a cumulative update to Windows 10 users once its development is finished. It will be available to Windows 10 May 2019 Update users as a regular update package, just like the monthly cumulative updates that Microsoft issues for supported Windows 10 versions.

Symptom |
Workaround |
Certain operations, such as rename, that you perform on files or folders that are on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with the error, “STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)”. This occurs when you perform the operation on a CSV owner node from a process that doesn’t have administrator privilege. |
Do one of the following:
Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. |
After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, «0x800f0982 — PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND.» |
Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:

Next up is Windows 10 version 1803. This version is no longer supported for Home and Pro users, so this update goes out to those running the Enterprise and Education SKUs and Windows Server 2016. KB4537762 brings with it build 17134.1304, which can also be manually downloaded from here.
The highlights and fixes for this version are similar to that of version 1809. However, it shares just one known issue with that update:

The fixes that this update brings also is almost like that of those versions:
- Security updates to Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows Input and Composition, Windows Media, Windows Shell, the Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Fundamentals, Windows Management, Windows Cryptography, Windows Core Networking, Windows Peripherals, Windows Network Security and Containers, Windows Storage and Filesystems, and Windows Server.
The issue that prevents the renaming of files on folders on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) is also present for this version.
Windows 10 version 1703 that is only supported on the Surface Hub is receiving build 15063.2284 via KB4537765. The update can be manually downloaded from the Update Catalog here. While the highlights are identical to the other versions of the OS and there are no known issues with this update, there are a few additional fixes:

This occurs when you perform the operation on a CSV owner node from a process that doesn’t have administrator privilege. |
Do one of the following:
Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. |
Windows 10 version 1511 is no longer supported for any customers. Lastly, the first-ever version of Windows 10 (released in July 2015 – also known as version 1507), which is only supported for LTSB customers, is receiving build 10240.18486 through KB4537776. The update can also be downloaded manually from here.
The highlights and fixes for this build are identical to the other versions released today. The file rename issue exists for this release, which also affects many other versions of the OS that are being patched today.
