Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема. Ноутбук Acer, после загрузки ОС программа backgroundagent.exe грузит процессор на 30-40 %. При этом начинает разгоняться вентилятор, ноутбук греется. Все приходит в норму после подключения к интернету. А так как интернета у меня часто не бывает,эта проблема остается. Видимо, это приложение как-то связано с предустановленными приложениями Acer, поэтому у меня не хватает смелости нажать «Снять задачу». Да и к тому же, неохота постоянно перед каждым включением это делать. Можете как-то помочь? Заранее спасибо и извиняюсь за, возможно, тупой вопрос.
