Windows 10 April 2018 Update[1][2] (also known as version 1803[3] and codenamed «Redstone 4») is the fifth major update to Windows 10 and the fourth in a series of updates under the Redstone codenames. It carries the build number 10.0.17134.
The first preview was released to Insiders on August 31, 2017. The final release was made available to Windows Insiders on April 16, 2018, followed by a public release on April 30, and began to roll out on May 8.[4][5]
The update has reached end of service on November 12, 2019 for Home, Pro, Pro for Workstations and IoT Core editions.[6] The Enterprise, IoT Enterprise and Education editions would have originally reached end of service on November 10, 2020, but this was postponed to May 11, 2021 due to the «global health crisis», in reference to the COVID-19 pandemic.[7][8][9]

https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/software-download/windows10
FYI: Windows 10 V1803 was earlier planned to be released on April 10th, 2018. But Microsoft discovered a serious bug in this version just before release. Hence the release of V1803 was delayed. Earlier it was named Spring Creators Update but now it gets a new name, which is Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
Microsoft has followed the strategy to release two feature updates per year. Last year, company released V1703 and V1709 as its feature updates. This year, the first update i.e. V1803 is set to release in few upcoming hours to the end users. V1803 is known by the name of April 2018 Update, which is actually the final release from RedStone4 (RS4) development branch and have its build number 17134.
Windows 10 April 2018 Update would be the fifth massive update to Windows 10 operating system after November Update (V1511), Anniversary Update (V1607) and Creators Update (V1703), Fall Creators Update (V1709) following the Released to Manufacturing (RTM) version (build 10240).
In this article, we’re giving you the overview of the new features introduced in Windows 10 V1803. This list will help you to decide whether you should upgrade to V1803 or not.
FYI: If you’re on V1511, the end of support for this version is on April 10, 2018 (actual servicing ends on October 10, 2017 plus 6-months extension). Hence you necessarily need to update to V1803 to continue support from Microsoft.
