Накопительный пакет обновления за июль 2016 г. включает ряд новых улучшений и исправлений, включая улучшения, внесенные с июня 2016 г. в накопительный пакет обновления KB3161608 для платформ Windows 7 с пакетом обновления 1 (SP1) и 2008 R2 с пакетом обновления 1 (SP1).
