Следующие операционные системы Windows более не поддерживаются производителем: Windows Server 2003 Standard / Enterprise / Datacenter с пакетом обновлений SP2, Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard / Enterprise / Datacenter с пакетом обновлений SP2 (32-разрядная и 64-разрядная версии). Для серверов с этими операционными системами возможны ограничения технической поддержки «Лаборатории Касперского».
Kaspersky Endpoint Agent не поддерживает ни одну из версий Windows Server 2003 и Windows Server 2008.

Если Вы хотите защитить свой сервер на базе операционной системы Windows Server продуктами «Лаборатории Касперского», то Вы можете использовать для этого один из двух вариантов:
— Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES)
— Kaspersky Security для Windows Server (KSWS)
Оба этих продукта входят, допустим, в состав лицензии Kaspersky Endpoint Security для бизнеса Стандартный или Расширенный и способны защитить Ваш сервер от современных угроз. Но в каком случае правильно использовать KSWS, а в каком KES.
Вы можете развернуть Kaspersky Endpoint Security на файловом сервере.
Но KES не получится развернуть на:
— терминальном сервере
— на кластере
— на сервере, развернутом в режиме Core.
Kaspersky Security 10 для Windows Server обладает большим количеством функций нежели Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 для Windows. Одно из главных преимуществ этой программы является то, что она способна защитить файловые серверы от атаки шифровальщиков.

Возможно, кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобной проблемой? Начал ставить триальную версию KSOS 21.3 на Microsoft Windows Server 2016, официальный установщик обнаружил на сервере несовместимое ПО (Defender — т.е. защитник Windows) и начал его удалять, после чего предложил перезагрузить сервер (сам KSOS при этом даже ещё не начал устанавливаться!). После перезагрузки сервер больше не загружается, выпадает в BSOD (Critical Porocess Died), пробовал безопасный режим — тот же BSOD. Пускает только в командную строку консоли восстановления, но образа системы нет, восстанавливать неоткуда и всё это случилось, что называется, «на ровном месте».
В общем, я попал. Наверное, придётся увольняться с работы, не знаю, что делать, если до 20 января (ближайший понедельник) никто ничего не посоветует, придётся устанавливать сервер с нуля, и надеяться, что хоть какие-то данные на диске уцелели…
