I bought a laptop on 3/11/11. It came with windows 7 premium. I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate about 1 week later. I activated windows no problem. At times during using the laptop, I had checked to verify Windows was legitimate. It always said YES!!
Last night I noticed I lost my Desktop setup. In the lower right hand corner it says»Windows7 Build 7601. This copy is not legitimate.
I filled out the form form for Counterfeit software. They want me to send the Product key sticker and The certificate of Authenticity along with DVD and Bill of sale. They said they may replace it if I was ripped off. Everything looks real from the markings on DVD, Product key and Certificate, along with packaging.
Why was I able to use This version of windows for 1 1/4 years with no problems? I updated defender and ran a scan. I noticed this after the download? I do not think it has anything to do with the situation.
Can someone give me the number to call Microsoft for activation. I looked online and can not locate it. It seems the only way is when you activate and have problems it will give you a number to call.
I appreciate any help. I need to use this Laptop with all my files , email accounts, etc.

The most likely explanation is that you have been sold a copy of Windows which has a corporate license which has now expired. Did the disk and cover look genuine and did it come with a MS printed serial?

Also, check the border of the disc, it should be holographic and where it says «Microsoft», if tilted it will say «Genuine»
If it doesn’t have the holographic border, it’s not genuine.

It was genuine. I checked everything that Microsoft says to look for. It has everything that a genuine Microsoft windows Ultimate should have.

Also, check the border of the disc, it should be holographic and where it says «Microsoft», if tilted it will say «Genuine»
If it doesn’t have the holographic border, it’s not genuine.

На компе появилась надпись «Ваша копия Windows 7 не является подлинной. Сборка 7601». Это как-то влияет на работоспособность системы?

Появилась где-то месяцев 5-6 назад в правом нижнем углу. Через месяц заставка стала чёрной. Вызвала программиста. Взял 1,5 тыс. Поставил второй Виндовс и тоже 7. Старый не удалил. Всё то время заходила только через новую версию.

Сейчас и у второго появилась эта наднись, но заставка пока цветная и выключаться стал гораздо дольше.

А вчера, попробовала зайти через старую версию и с удивлением заметила, что там тоже всё так же работает.

Т.е. выходит, если чёрный экран не напрягает (вижу я его только вначале, остальное время комп используется только под инет и в привычном режиме), то ничего особо делать и не надо?

Сразу скажу, что проги всякие не помогли и удаление автообновлевния тоже.

Пользуйтесь и дальше, система будет работать, если ещё пару раз «удачно» не обновитесь.Чаще всего пользователь лишается права архивации и установки обоев(квадрат Малевича).В принципе обновляться можно, но не все обновления нужно ставить.Приведу те, которые нужно удалить, если уж они установились на вашем ПК и кривой системе.

Грозит тем, что система признана не подлинной, и не будет обновляться. Но тут важно понимать, для чего она Вам. Если с помощью этой системы, Вы зарабатываете деньги ( она стоит на рабочем компьютере ), тогда она является средством производства, и в случае проверки у Вас могут быть серьезные проблемы. Если же она дома, и служит для личных целей, то этот фактор значения не имеет. У меня стоит так же пиратская версия. Которая, правда, сломана таким образом, что может обновляться. Однако, я этого не делаю. Объясню почему. Большую часть этих обновлений занимают базы для внутренних систем безопасности. Однако они столь не эффективны в условиях России, что пользуются ими только фанаты Майкрсофта, или те, кто просто поверил на слово, что так и надо. Более менее грамотные пользователи пользуются программами сторонних разработчиков. Они полностью выполняют свои функции. Они так же платные, но за эти деньги Вы получите продукт который ни в какое сравнение не идет с предлагаемым Майкрософтом. Так же в обновлениях могут быть разного рода библиотеки типа Microsoft .NET Framework и тому подобное. Они и так доступны для скачивания на сайте Майкрософта бесплатно. За 18 лет использования ОС Windows, я ни разу их не обновляла. Вернее по началу обновляла, но потом поняла что занимаюсь ерундой, и прекратила. При наличии нормального сетевого экрана, а так же подсети, все это не потребуется. На одной машине у меня до сих пор стоит Windows XP, и без всяких обновлений прекрасно работает, хотя ее поддержка производителем прекращена еще при царе. Лучшим выходом для Вас будет обзавестись уже активированным дистрибутивом с проверенной надежностью работы. я испробовала около 2 десятков, и в итоге пришла к выводу, что наиболее стабильный тот, что в сети известен под названием «Win7.x86-x64.Rus-Eng.18in1.Activated». А Вашему «программисту» надо руки оторвать, которые все равно у него растут не из того места, а после сохранить все нужное с диска «С», все снести, и поставить нормальную ОС.

Если компьютер домашний, то в принципе проблем нет (если конечно Вас это устраивает). Если же копия не является подлинной на рабочем компьютере — то тут у того же начальства могут возникнуть проблемы конкретно к Вам. Могут возникнуть проблемы с обновлением или работоспособностью самого компьютера. Проще всего найти знающего человека в ближайшем окружении. Или отнести в сервис, где за определенную плату проблему устранят.

P.S: Тут писали про активаторы и другие программы — тоже неплохой вариант для решения проблемы.

Если Вас не будет мучать совесть и данная копия Windows установлена на домашнем, а не корпоративном компьютере, то можете не волноваться и спать спокойно. «Черная метка» Microsoft означает отсутствие поддержки со стороны компании и ее партнеров, грозит не получением обновлений и критически важных обновлений безопасности.

Установите антивирусник и пригласите нормального компьютерщика, уведомление о нелицензионности удаляется и для этого необязательно переустанавливать Windows.

Существуют так называемые контрафактные системы. Иначе говоря, вы можете установить себе на компьютер систему заведомо зная, что она нелицензионная, а можете купить её вместе с компьютером, искренне считая, что все впорядке. Более того, вам могут сказать, что все нормально и система лицензионная. Соответствено вас, как конечного пользователя сложно обвинить в том, что вы используете нелицензионное программное обеспечение. Однако Майкрософт отслеживает лицензионные ключи и может заблокировать те из них, которые нарушают условия лицензии. Если у вас система, для которой использован такой ключ, то вы получите сообщение о том, что система не является подлинной. Это будет та же самая Windows 7, с присущей ей работоспособностью, но теперь вы будете знать, что по какой-то причине нарушаете условия лицезирования. И, конечно же, это может повлиять, например, на получение обновлений, официальной технической поддержки и т.п..

В общем то ничем это не грозит. Отключите обновления винды, отключите передачу данных майкрософт. Ну если очень хотите, то можете переустановить операционную систему. Не так уж это и сложно сделать самостоятельно. Две винды одной версии на компьютере это лишнее. На мой взгляд. Возможно, что именно это причина долгого выключения.

В интернете есть много разных активаторов для ОС Виндовс.Скачать их можно хоть с файлообменников , хоть с торрентов .Система активируется буквально в пару-тройку кликов.Сами не можете — попросите кого-нибудь из знакомых , это ведь задачка для первоклассника.

А вашего «программиста», при встрече, пошлите по адресу куда даже таксисты не ездят. Если вы правильно описали его действия, то это просто развод или полнейшая безграмотность с большим желанием сорвать денег на халяву .

«программист» ваш хорошо рубит деньжата с незнающих) Если эта надпись не раздражает и не мешает, то пускай себе будет, просто обновлений системы не будет и техподдержки, но кому оно надо? Я не обновляю систему, зачем оно мне надо? А вообще есть миллион активаторов, 3 щелчка — и все активировано, и никаких надписей и т.д. А два виндовса зачем, лишнее. если хотите, снесите и поставьте один, активатор — и все. а вообще ничем это не грозит.

Собственно, ничем особым это действительно НЕ грозит кроме как чёрного экрана и абсолютно никак не влияет на работоспособность состемы в целом.

Ничего из вышеописанных советом мне не помогло. Убрать этот «чёрный квадрат» просто не получилось. Но, ко всему привыкаешь) К тому же, заставку на экране мы видим не больше 2-5 минут за день, остальное всё время открыты другие окна и по ходу работы все есть на панели.

В интернете куча активаторов, которыми можно активировать Виндовс 7 и пользуйтесь на здоровье полной, зарегистрированной версией. Обновляться, кстати, можно без проблем- проверку на подлинность проходят они нормально. И не будет больше проблем.

Step 1: Uninstall update KB971033 (if applicable).

First and foremost, you must uninstall update KB971033 from your computer. However, keep in mind that this is only part of the solution for removing the “This copy of Windows is not genuine” message and will not be able to fix the issue by itself. To uninstall update KB971033, you need to:

Open the Start Menu.
Search for “windows update”.
Click on the search result titled “Windows Update” under the Programs
Click on View installed updates in the left pane.
Once all of your installed updates have been loaded and you can see them in the right pane, search for update KB971033. When you find it, right-click on it and click on ‘Uninstall‘ in the contextual menu

Press the Windows Logo key + R to open a Run dialogue box.
Type regedit.exe into the Run dialog and press Enter.

In the left pane, navigate to the following directory:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > WindowsNT > Current version

Restart your computer and give Phase 2 another try when it boots up. This time, you should be successful in running the SLMGR –REARM or SLMGR /REARM command line

Pro Tip: To ensure that the “This copy of Windows is not genuine” message does not reappear, make certain to turn off automatic Windows updates. In order to disable automatic Windows updates, you need to:

Open the Start Menu.
Search for “Windows Update.
Click on the search result titled “Windows Update” under the Programs
Click on ‘Change Settings‘ in the left pane
Under ‘Important updates‘, open the dropdown menu and click on ‘Never check for updates’ (not recommended) from the list of options.
Restart your computer.

Also, try to perform a startup repair if all else fails.

Step 3: Reconfiguring the Plug and Play Service.

In some cases, your computer’s policy may not be configured properly, which could prevent certain services from starting on your computer. Therefore, in this step, we will make some changes to the system’s policies and ensure that the Plug and Play Security service is set to start up automatically. To do this:

Судя по описанию установка делается неверно. Надо делать так:

1. Сохранить все нужные данные на любом внешнем носителе (DVD, внешний диск, флэш и т.п).

2. Загрузить компьютер с установочного DVD диска Семерки (см. инструкцию к лаптопу как задать поряднок загрузки если по умолчанию она не с DVD).

3. Установить ОС следуя предложеным шагам. Рекомендуется удалить раздел с существующей ОС и создать новый, в него и устанавливать.

4. Установить апдейты и свежие драйверы.

5. Восстановить данные сохраненные в п.1.

Я сейчас сделал так:вставил диск,выключил компьютер,включил,в БИОСе в boot-Boot Device Priority,выбрал первый пункт и поставил CD-DVD,save and exit

забудьте, что у Вас есть жесткий диск.

В БИОСе поставьте DVD-привод первым в загрузке.

Дистрибутив должен быть уже в приводе.

При включении компьютера, после начальных сообщений (НИКАКИХ МЕНЮ ЗАГРУЗКИ! нужен момент раньше), должно появиться — на секунд 5 — сообщение типа Press any key to boot from CD-DVD disc (Нажмите любую клавишу для загрузки с диска) — успейте нажать!
тогда загрузка начнется не с винчестера, а с дистрибутива (это
обязательное условие для установки 64-битной системы в Вашем случае!)

Появится окно программы установки Windows — дальше уже всё известно.
