Everything contained here are x86 32-bit binary, English language Windows application programs. Installers are renamed to a uniform scheme.
Not every program is the latest/last version possible.
The contents are mostly free-to-download stuff (F.O.S.S, freeware, and trials/demos), some with activation codes.
With the exception of Roland Virtual Sound Canvas, as it is wholly a commercial product. (There was no free MIDI wavetable synthesizer that I could find.)
The target was Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
Everything had a basic test in a VM, was considered OK if it installed and started up without complaints.
Official service packs, OS components, and updates are not included here. I suggest to use a WSUS Offline Update package for that. Such as this one compiled by danish_retro:

There aren’t much system maintenance utilities contained in here. For that I suggest to get some version of Hiren’s BootCD, it’s a collection of various utilities.
Folder names starting with & contain multiple programs grouped together by origin developer or publisher or website.
Folder names starting with ! contain multiple programs grouped together by function similarity… or just what didn’t know where else to put.
Lack of malware guarantee… can’t give any! (ClamAV on Linux is a miserable antivirus.)

В целом я много программ нашёл. Я считаю что антивирус на неё только для самоуспокоения и не более. Многие программы установлены: Office 2003, TC, far, Ultraiso, fformat, MDF, Adobe acrobat reader 6.0, CCleaner 1.5. Этого достаточно,
тема временно закрыта.

Сначала я вспомнил о «control userpasswords2» — это диалоговое окно с настройкой параметров входа, но просвятившись — в поисковике (вроде бы), уяснил — настройка, введена лишь с Windows XP.

Из инструкции:
Отключение подтверждения пароля в системе без ДОМЕНА (это по ходу обычный стационарный компьютер с НЕСЕРВЕРНОЙ Windows 2000)
Т.е. можно без копания в реестре если не член домена и несерверная Win2k
Preventing the Password Prompt in a Non-Domain System
1. In Control Panel, double-click Users and Passwords.
2. Click to clear the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box.
NOTE: This option does not appear on a system that is a member of a domain.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Click to clear the Require users to press Ctrl-Alt-Del before logging on check box.
Automatic logon is not supported when you are logging on to a domain. You will need to join a workgroup if you want to use the automatic logon feature

При этом имею 2 рабочие дискеты 3.5 дюйма, обе новые, обе не совсем мои
А сам ноутбук весит около 3,6 кг, немало.

Встал вопрос: на нём полетела винда. Поставил win2k server russian, как сделать на ней автовход в аккаунт администратора? Чтобы при запуске не требовалось нажимать ctrl+alt+del.

Спросили что-ли что-то поинтереснее бы, чисто справочная инфа, находится на раз :-\
1. Заходим в “Панель управления”, “Администрирование”, затем “Локальная политика безопасности”.
2. Находим пункт “Интерактивный вход в систему: не требовать нажатия ctr+alt+del”.
3. Нажимаем на него дважды и в открывшемся окне выбираем “Отключить”.

В пункте «не требовать ctrl+alt+del» поставил галочку на «включить», вышел, перезагрузил и не работает. Всё равно требует. Что делать в таком случае?
