Сейчас из браузеров у тебя два выбора:
1. Firefox
2. Что-то на основе Chromium

Потребление памяти по большей части зависит от сайта, а не от браузера.
Но в среднем chromium-based жрут меньше, чем firefox (по ощущениям)

Стандартный для винды Edge Chromium работает вполне хорошо.
