!!! TEMPORARY FIX FOR «TAKING THE PEACE» !!!
Go to the gta vice city/scripts/ folder and open ClassicAXIS.ini
Simply set bEnable = 0 for the time you’re doing the mission. For some reason this part of the mod conflicts with it.
When you’re in Sindacco’s car it won’t immediately start when you press W or UP. I then restored the keyboard bindings to «restore controls» and after some random keyboard mashing the car actually runs.
I finished the mission, saved and now i’m onto the next mission: «Shooting the Messenger». Cheers!

How did I manage to complete this mission:
1. Enabled compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2.
2. Turned off the HUD completely in the settings.
3. After completing the mission, I quickly found a car and got into it before the phone rang.
Without HUD, I reached the save, saved, exited the game, turned off compatibility mode, turned HUD back on in the game settings. The phone rang, the game didn’t crash.
Which of these 3 points helped, I have no idea, do the same just in case

Eu consegui resolver esse problema de maneira definitiva, primeiro instale o Modloader do GTA VC no GTA LCS, depois instale o os seguintes mod: «ClassicAXIS» e «SA Vehicle Camera Port» do GTA VC também na pasta «Modloader» do seu GTA LCS (versão mais atualizada).
E para finalizar, na pasta «scripts» do GTA LCS exclua os dois arquivos «classicAXIS.asi» e «classicAXIS.ini». Aqui funcionou perfeitamente, aguardo seu retorno.
I managed to solve this problem definitively, first install the GTA VC Modloader in GTA LCS, then install the following mods: «ClassicAXIS» and «SA Vehicle Camera Port» from GTA VC also in the «Modloader» folder of your GTA LCS (most updated version).
And finally, in the GTA LCS «scripts» folder, delete the two files «classicAXIS.asi» and «classicAXIS.ini». It worked perfectly here, I await your return.

How did I manage to complete this mission:

Качаем pcsx2 0.9.6 и игру. Потом находим плагины и биос. Устанавливаем. Запускаем. Вибираем русский язык. Нажимаем Настройка -> Настроить. Там снизу будут надписи Папка с плагинами(plugins) и Папка с BIOS. Там мы указываем где размещены папки с плагинамы и биосом(они обычно идут вместе с инсталятором). Там где графика(сверху в настройках) поставить GSdx. Дальше нажимаем Настроить(там где графика). Дальше настраиваем так:
Resolution : Windowed
Rendered : Для Windows XP — Direct3D9 (Hardware), для висты Direct3D10 (Hardware)(толбко если стоит DirectX10, если нет то Direct3D9)
Shared : Pixel Shared 3.0
Interlacing : None
Aspect Ratio : Stretch
Снизу ставим галочки на Texture Filtering и Alpha Correction.
Нажимаем ОК.
Звук ставим любой но советую выбрать ZeroSPU2. Если вы хотите чтобы игра ишла быстрее ставим SPU2null но тогда игра будет без звука.
Там где первый геймпад ставим SSSPSX PAD. Я поставил такое управления: Up, Left, Right, Down это стрелочки(ими будем ходить); L2 — Q R2 — E(это смотреть по сторонам и менять оружие); L1 — R(радио); R1 — пробел(чтобы тормозить); Cross — W(вперед на машине, быстрий бег); Square — S(назад на машине, стрыбок); Triangle — F(седать в машину); Circle — D(стрелять); L3 — +(cигнал); R3 — -(это работа типа виджиланте или таксист); Select — V(менять вид камеры); Start — Enter(Вход в меню). При этом управление в машине ездить вперед и назад W и S, а поворачивать стрелочками.
Теперь все сохраняем, перезапускаем программу и выбираем Файл -> Запустить CD\DVD. Находим игру и запускаем.
Во время игры советую ввести чит код: стрелка влево стрелка влево пробел пробел стрелка вверх F стрелка вниз W.

Цель проекта сделать игру с управлением на клавиатуре и мышке и помочь людям у которых нет геймпада. Само управление схоже с оригинальной GTA Vice city (ПК-версия).
Исправления в 05.2024 build 3005:
- Исправлены анимации оружия пистолета и пп. (Баг PSP версии, иногда игрока сплющивало при беге с оружием).
- Улучшения в миссиях при 60FPS: «In the Air Tonight» и «Vice Sights» возвращена вспышка от фотокамер. (В оригинале игра вылетает с 60FPS в этих миссиях. Был адаптирован particle эффект под 60FPS. В прошлых версиях приходилось вырезать эффект.)
- Исправлено освещение катсцен (Неестественный блеск, возможно баг PS2 мода).
- Исправлена катсцена в миссии «Shakedown» (Баг возникал только с 60FPS).
- Миссия «Accidents Will Happen» исправлен мелкий баг в катсцене. (Возникал только с 60FPS, машина с трамплина падала вниз.)
- Миссия «Marked Man» исправлен баг при 60FPS. (Иногда мы могли сбить людей Мартинеза в катсцене.)
- Миссия «Conduct Unbecoming» исправлен баг в катсцене. (Голова Мартинеза странно вращалась почти незаметно.)
- Убран непроизвольный бег с оружием. (при перезарядке с зажатым w игрок иногда бегал, баг оригинала PSP).
- Улучшена стабильность игры.
Исправления в 06.2024 build 0606:
- Миссия «Unfriendly Competition». Исправлена катсцена под 60FPS. Армандо Мендез сидел вышел стула. (Баг связан с 60FPS).
- Миссия «Burning Bridges». Исправлен баг в катсцене с летающим мотоциклом Лэнса. (Баг 60FPS).
- Миссия «Purple Haze» убраны странные линии с эффекта. (Баг PS2 мода).
- Миссия «Такси» улучшено время чаевых (В 60FPS теперь легче получить).
- Миссии «Crash!» и «Rush!» были доработаны. (Улучшена физика транспорта, теперь легче зарабатывать деньги).
- Фикс на гараж возвращен.
Исправления в 08.2024 build 0308:
- Изменена камера вертолета. Более удобная и приближена к оригинальному Vice City.
- Добавлен недостающий текст с PS2 версии.
- Исправлен мелкий случайный вылет из-за измененной анимации оружия Scorpion.
- Мелкие исправления в миссии «High Wire». Поступало немало жалоб, что пользователи не могли подобрать ящик и поэтому он был чуть передвинут.
- Немного изменена скорость камеры в прицеле оружия.
- Исправлен баг с сохранением. Баг эмулятора, игра грузила только первый слот, а сейчас самое новое сохранение.
Исправления в 09.2024 build 0809:
- Добавлена возможность приседа на кнопку «C». (Схоже с GTA Vice City, может помочь в перестрелках. В оригинальной VCS такой возможности нет.).
- Изменена кнопка включения чит-меню на «F2» (Теперь не нужно зажимать две кнопки одновременно, а просто нажать «F2»).
- Обновлен чит-меню до последней версии (Cобран из исходного кода).
Исправления в 12.2024 build 2412:
- Изменения в интерфейсе.
- Исправлено отображение шкалы времени в миссии The Exchange, а так же подкорректировано время под 60fps.
- Исправлен мелкий баг сцены в миссии The Exchange. После ликвидации врагов приезжающие автомобили долго тормозили и могли сбить наших союзников. (Замечено недавно, это было связано с 60 Фпс).
- Изменен файл запуска. Virustotal больше не жалуется на проект. (По каким то причинам раньше были ложные срабатывания на один из файлов и теперь используется другой метод запуска через ярлык с нужными параметрами).
- Оптимизированы cleo скрипы исправлений.
Примечание: НЕ МЕНЯЙТЕ настройки эмулятора и НЕ ИСПОЛУЗУЙТЕ функции чит-меню в которых вы не шарите, это может привести к нарушению стабильности игры, поломке управления и к другим ошибкам. Сборка и так хорошо настроена и не стоит что-то менять в ней, это может привести к проблема описаны выше.
Установка:
- Скачать файл установки (выбирайте файл в зависимости от разрядности (x32, x64) вашей системы).
- Запустить скаченный файл.
- Пройти все шаги установщика и завершить установку.
- Запустить с ярлыка на рабочем столе «GTA Vice City Stories» от имени Администратора.
