Привет админ! Установил вчера Windows 10 на новый ноутбук, хотел познакомиться с новой операционной системой (предварительные сборки не устанавливал, не было времени), после установки зашёл в Параметры, затем Персонализацию,
а там сообщение: Для персонализации компьютера нужно активировать Windows, и всё заблокировано: нельзя сменить заставку рабочего стола,
выбрать главный цвет фона системы,
изменить экран блокировки и настроить меню Пуск, да что говорить, я даже значок Компьютер не могу расположить на рабочем столе!
Как же тогда знакомиться с системой? Уровень компьютерного образования у меня самый начальный, поэтому прошу показать самый простой способ решения этой проблемы.

Как разблокировать параметры персонализации на не активированной Windows 10
Привет друзья! Если вы установили Windows 10 с целью ознакомления, то скорее всего не вводили никакого ключа, в этом случае на операционной системе будут заблокированы некоторые возможности параметров персонализации, например, вы не сможете: изменить внешний вид операционной системы, назначить графический пароль, применить синхронизацию параметров и другое, но дело это поправимое.
Чтобы разблокировать на Windows 10 параметры персонализации, щёлкаем правой мышью на значке Сеть и выбираем Центр управления сетями и общим доступом.
Изменение параметров адаптера
Щёлкаем правой мышью на сетевом адаптере и выбираем Отключить.
Если ваш компьютер или ноутбук подключен к роутеру, то отключите его ненадолго от сети WI-FI.
Перезагружаем компьютер
Теперь у нас нет интернета.
Параметры персонализации разблокированы.
Настраиваем персонализацию так, как нам нужно: меняем фон, тему
выносим нужные значки на рабочий стол
Чтобы назначить графический пароль
и применить синхронизацию параметров
нужно переключиться с обычной учётной записи на учётную запись Майкрософт,
а для этого необходимо включить интернет точно также, как и отключали.
Все наши настройки останутся в силе. Предложение об активации Windows появится только после следующей перезагрузки, так что можете настраивать что угодно.

Fix 1: Restart your computer
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time.
- In the bottom right of your screen, click the Power button
and choose Restart. - Hopefully your desktop comes up normally this time. If not, continue with Fix 2.
Fix 2: Switch the network connection
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time.
- In the bottom right of your screen, click the airplane mode icon
(or the computer network icon ). Then click Airplane mode whether it’s On or Off to switch the network connection. - In the middle of your computer screen, click Sign out.
- Log in your computer and see if you get your desktop back this time. If the Personalized Settings (Not Responding) still lingers on, you should try Fix 3, below.
Fix 3: Re-launch Windows explorer
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time, then click Task Manager.
- Right-click on Windows Explorer and click End task.
- Click File > Run new task.
- Type explorer into the box, tick the box before Create this task with administrative privileges and click OK.
Now you should have your desktop back.
- Restart your computer and login again to see if this Personalized Settings (Not Responding) issue has been solved.
Fix 4: Run SFC Command
- On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type cmd. Then right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
- In the command prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
It’ll take some time for the SFC to replace the corrupted system files with new ones if it detects any, so please be patient. 🙂
- Restart your computer and see if your desktop loads properly. If the Personalized Settings (Not Responding) issue still persists, continue with Fix 5.
Fix 5: Delete a file in regedit
Please note: any modifications in regedit must be proceeded with caution to avoid further problems.
- On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type regedit, then right-click on regedit and click Run as administrator.
Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
- Locate and double-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Active Setup > Installed Components.
- Right-click on the last file and click Export to back up the file.
If this fix doesn’t help with the situation, you might want to import the file to restore the backup. Check out this link for further information.
- Right-click on the last file and click Delete.
- Restart your computer and see if your desktop comes back.

Предыстория: обновился с 7 на 10 в последние месяцы, когда microsoft еще давал это сделать бесплатно (т.е. примерно 1.5-2 года назад) Долго сидел на том билде, но надоели постоянные перезагрузки из-за обновлений: не мог windows обновиться нормально, все время откатывал изменения, и так по кругу. Где-то полгода назад решил переставить но новую версию 10. Из-за глюков с видео месяц назад решил еще раз переставить 10ку на последнюю версию. Глюки видео никуда не ушли, но еще появились новые неприятные вещи: перестали открываться пуск/персонализация/параметры панели задач https://youtu.be/hXED67lLp9A , при полноэкранном видео не пропадает панель задач (не только youtube, WMP аналогично уходил под панель задач). Пробовал Что-то можно сделать с пуском и тупящим видео или проще поставить 7 и забить? |

Раз уж так сильно хочется «всё самое новое!!11111», предлагаю попробовать версию Enterprise LTSB v1607 (подробнее — на руборде), но на время установки и настройки ей нужно физически отключить интернет (т.к. драйверы сети, скорее всего, есть в дистрибутиве, и она попрётся в интернет при первой возможности) и при помощи bat-файла от westlife («Файлы находятся всегда по этой ссылке: Скачать bat файлы«) отключить автоматическое обновление драйверов, а можно и всё автоматическое обновление отключить, чтобы убедиться, что упомянутые проблемы не вызваны одним из них. www.realtek.com ), видеодрайвер, веб-браузер (Firefox, Chrome) и БОЛЬШЕ НИЧЕГО, и проверять наличие глюков. |

ИМХО, там не только с операционкой, а с железом проблема. А если точнее — то или память или контроллер памяти, SSD очень маловероятно. Если при каждой полной переустановке становится всё через задницу, образ гарантированно нормальный — это железо надо смотреть. |
