Привет друзья! Несколько дней назад при установке на свой ноутбук с Windows 10 одной необходимой мне программы я получил ошибку «Приложению на вашем компьютере требуется следующий компонент Windows: .NET Framework 3.5 (включает .NET 2.0 и 3.0)». Нажав «Скачать и установить этот компонент»

я получил другую ошибку «Windows не удалось найти файлы, необходимые для выполнения запрошенных изменений. Код ошибки 0x800F081F»

С данной проблемой я уже встречался. Дело в том, что платформа NET Framework 3.5 интегрирована в Windows 10 и её не нужно устанавливать заново, а необходимо просто подключить, делается это так. Открываем вкладку «Включение и отключение компонентов Windows» и отмечаем пункт .NET Framework 3.5 (включает .NET 2.0 и 3.0), затем жмём на OK и все дела.

Но после данных действий я опять получил ошибку «Произошла ошибка. Некоторые компоненты установить не удалось»

Пришлось обратиться за помощью к моему другу Владимиру и он как всегда нашёл оригинальное решение!

Как интегрировать пакет NET Framework 3.5 в установленную Windows 10 с помощью Dism

Если у вас не получается интегрировать пакет NET Framework 3.5 в установленную Windows 10 привычным способом, то поступаем так.

В дистрибутиве Windows 10 есть пакет NET Framework 3.5 в виде файла с разрешением .cab. Cab файлы — это пакетные файлы, которые можно интегрировать в операционную систему с помощью Dism. Смотрим подробности.

Скачиваем оригинальный ISO-образ Windows 10 на сайте Майкрософт и подсоединяем его к виртуальному дисководу, в моём случае буква диска (D:).

Пакет NET Framework 3.5 в виде файла с разрешением .cab, находится по пути D:\sources\sxs и называется microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab.

Открываем Windows PowerShell от имени администратора

и вводим команду:

dism /online /add-package /packagepath:d:\sources\sxs

Опять открываем вкладку «Включение и отключение компонентов Windows» и видим, что компонент NET Framework 3.5 включен в нашей Windows 10.

What is .NET Framework?

Make sure you are connected to the Internet and click Retry to try again. Error codes 0x800F0906, 0x800f081f, 0x800f0805, 0x80070422, 0x800f0922, 0x800f0906, etc.

Check for and install the latest windows updates

When you get error code 0x800F081F or 0x800F0906, you should first check for windows updates and install all available updates.

You can do this from settings -> update & security -> windows update -> check for updates . Then try to activate/install .NET framework from programs and features. However, need help following the next solution.

Enable the .NET Framework with the DISM . command

And the easy solution If the above methods fail, you can try to activate NET framework 3.5 manually using the DISM command. To do this, first Download microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab from below and copy the downloaded netfx3-onedemand-package.cab file to Windows Installation Drive (C: Drive) .

Then select Open Command Prompt As an administrator, type the command below and press Enter to execute the command.

Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C: /LimitAccess

Command to explain

/Online: target the operating system you’re running (instead of an offline Windows image).

/Enable-Feature /FeatureName : NetFx3 specifies that you want to enable the .NET Framework 3.5.

/All: Enables all key features of the .NET Framework 3.5.

/LimitAccess: prevents DISM from contacting Windows Update.

Wait until 100% completion of the Command, Then you will get the message Operation completed successfully. Close the Command prompt window and Restart to start over. That’s all you have successfully installed .NET Framework 3.5 on your PC running Windows 10, 8.1.

Download 3.5 offline .net framework

Since error code 0x800f0950 is related to .net framework 3.5, you can download it directly from Windows 10 website

Download with full package net framework 3.5 and install with administrator privileges. Restart windows for the changes to take effect.

The .NET Framework is an integral part of many applications running on Windows and provides common functionality for those applications to run. Normally, before running/installing such applications, we need to enable .NET Framework from the Control Panel on the computer. 6. in start > search “edit group policy” > Computer configuration > Administrative templates > system> search for specify settings for optional component installation

7. click enabled and in alternative source file path write X:\sources\sxs\

where x is path for your mount drive or flash drive.

8. then ok.

you have just installed a fresh new Windows Server 2012R2 on premise or in Azure and you need to install .Net Framework 3.5 Features

But it fails with an error 0x800f081f

a quick search says you need this command to do this well eh why ? but any way it is on the web so it must be right .

dism.exe /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:E:\sources\sxs <> Will not Work

But why everybody says thanks! let me that you to the real problem. Reminder this is for all Servers even in Azure !

We checked the .Net Framework 3.5 Features and failed

Next attempt Give the Source to the installation. not very handy in Azure first download a ISO then mount this to the OS.

But it is on the Web so it must be true and the installation says he I need a Source I do not have these files and the OS is not lying or does it ?

So we put in the Source and give it a try.

Same error and with the source, maybe my source is not right , yeh right.

Test tis one more time form the Command

Then there is this line, this should work eh yes is did not.

dism.exe /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:E:\sources\sxs

The Real fix for installing .NET Framework 3.5 Feature and Error 0x800f081f

If you open a PowerShell window and query the roles and features Get-WindowsFeature take a look at .NET Framework 3.5.

In the last column the Install state is different, it says Removed ?

Removed means that you can install the feature but the source files for that are not available for this OS (not always)
Installed means that the role or feature is already enabled and in use
Available means that you can install the feature and the source files are on the machine and the OS can use them

But Removed, If the @Azure Team has removed this feature could this be the problem ?

Let me check if there are Updates for my system.

What there is an update for me and I do not have the .NET 3.5 Framework features installed.

then there must be an update there for me that is nagging me. Let me search the updates for .NET 3.5 Framework and compare them to the Installed updates.

I uninstalled this update

Reinstalled .NET 3.5 Framework feature and see now it is working.

So all the time a Windows Update is keeping me from installing the .NET 3.5 Framework Feature.

Sometimes Windows can be a pain, But you are in control !

Обновление системы это очень важное составляющая для безотказной работы сервера, но при установки обновлений, особенно SP, иногда случаются ошибки. О решении одной из таких ошибок, а именно ошибки 0x800f0818 пойдет речь в этой статье.

Итак, при входе в «Диспетчер сервера- Роли или Компоненты» получаем ошибку 0x800f0818.

А логах системы видим ошибку Serice Pack insallation failed with error code 0x800f0818.

Для ее устранения необходимо скачать с сайта Microsoft Средство проверки готовности системы к обновлению для своей версии операционной системы.
После скачивания, запускаем ее установку. После успеной установки заходим в папку C:WindowslogsCBS открываем файл CheckSUR.log
Увидим примерно следующую картину (у каждого соответственно она будет своя)

Согласно этому логу проблема возникла при неправильной установки обновления KB2347290 (в вашем случае возможно другое обновление установилось неправильно, возможно даже не одно, а несколько). Необходимо скачать это обновление на сайте Micrsoft.

После этого распаковывать скачанный архив командой:
expand -F:* {имя скачанного файла.msu } С:Temp
В итоге в папке Temp на диске С должен появиться файл с расширением .CAB, распаковываем его тоже, командой:
expand -F:* {имя файла.cab} С:Temp
В результате на диске С в папке Temp появиться куча файлов, находим нужный нам (судя по логам в моем случае это KB2347290_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum), этот файл нам необходимо скопировать в папку C:WindowsServicingPackages, но для начала нам нужно дать права на эту папку, для этого в командной строке запускаем команду:
takeown /F c:WindowsServicingPackages /D y /R
и даем полные права на папку с помощью команды:
cacls c:WindowsServicingPackages /E /T /C /G «DomainUserName»:F
Далее, скачанный файл вставляем в папку C:WindowsServicingPackages
В результате всех этих действий вы успешно избавитесь от ошибки 0x800f0818.

It’s been almost 3 days and I have tried almost all the methods provided on internet to install .NET framework on Windows 10 but no luck.

Method 1. When I tried to install it from control panel by enabling the feature it gets stuck for at «Downloading required files screen and never completes.

Method 2. After that I found on internet that it can be installed using DISM from iso image, for that I mounted the iso image of windows 10 which I used to install windows on my system and run the following command from windows power shell —
E:sourcessxs — It is the location of folder inside mounted windows image where microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab file is present.

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:E:sourcessxs

but it is giving the below error —

Method 3. Tried another command providing the package name this time

dism /online /add-package /packagepath:E:sourcessxsmicrosoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab

But is also failed with below error

Method 4. Then I tried one another solution
which suggests to uninstall already installed .NET Framework version 4.0 and then try method 2 above but is also did not work and I am getting the same erorr.

I am really stumped on this issue and not sure what I am doing wrong or what should I do next, It would be really helpful If I get a solution for this problem here.

PS: When I try this command — DISM.EXE /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:NetFX3~~~~
every time after restarting the system it completes till a certain percentage and the stuck, seems like some other process stops it after a while, not sure if this gives any clue

На днях сразу на нескольких системах столкнулись с ошибкой установки .Net Framework 3.5. При онлайн установке .NET Framework 3.5 в Windows 8 через Панель управления (Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off) появляется ошибка 0x800F0906:

Примечание. Каких либо проблем с доступом в Интернет на проблемных машинах не было.

При попытке офлайн установки .NET 3.5 со смонтированного диска с дистрибутивом ОС (использовался именно тот установочный диск, с которого разворачивалась система) командой:

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:e:sourcessxs /LimitAccess

Выполнение команды DISM завершается с ошибкой 0x800F081F:

Некорректные обновления, препятствующие установке .NET 3.5

В одной из свежей статей базы знаний Microsoft http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/3005628 описывается проблема с августовскими обновлениями безопасности Windows, установка которых приводит к ситуации, когда невозможно установить компонент .NET Framework 3.5. Речь идет о двух обновлениях:

KB2966827 — MS14-046: Security update for the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012: August 12, 2014

Как мы видим из описаний, указанные обновления безопасности предназначены для .NET Framework 3.5 в Windows 8.1 и Windows Server 2012 R2, причем устанавливаются эти обновления не зависимо от того, установлен ли компонент .NET Framework 3.5 в системе или нет.

Понять установлены ли данные обновления в системе можно так или с помощью такой команды Powershell:

Get-HotFix |? {$ _. Hotfixid -like "*2966828*"}

Если любое из этих обновление установлено в системе, его нужно удалить (процедура подробно описана в статье Как правильно удалить обновление в Windows ). После этого можно установить .Net Framework 3.5 как обычно (он установится без ошибки), а затем еще раз установить удаленные обновления (дабы не оставлять дыру в системе).

Совет. Альтернативно на портале Microsoft вместо удаления/установки обновлений рекомендуют установить хотфикс 3005628. Данный фикс удалит обновления 2966827 2966828 в системах, где не установлен.NET Framework 3.5. Какой способ удобнее – решать вам.

Конфликт Language Pack и .NET Framework 3.5

На машине с Windows 8.1, на которой также присутствовала рассматриваемая проблема, указанные выше обновлений отсутствовали. В попытках решить проблему перебрали множество вариантов, начиная от последовательного удаления всех обновлений и заканчивая восстановлением хранилища компонентов. Но эффекта так и не достигли…

Как не странно, помогло удаление дополнительного (русского) языкового пакета (команда lpksetup).

После удаления языкового пакета, .NET Framework устанавливается корректно. Затем можно заново установить нужный Language Pack.

Итак, при входе в «Диспетчер сервера- Роли или Компоненты» получаем ошибку 0x800f0818.

А логах системы видим ошибку Serice Pack insallation failed with error code 0x800f0818.

Для ее устранения необходимо скачать с сайта Microsoft Средство проверки готовности системы к обновлению для своей версии операционной системы.
После скачивания, запускаем ее установку. После успеной установки заходим в папку C:\Windows\logs\CBS открываем файл CheckSUR.log
Увидим примерно следующую картину (у каждого соответственно она будет своя)

После этого распаковывать скачанный архив командой:
expand -F:* {имя скачанного файла.msu } С:\Temp\
В итоге в папке Temp на диске С должен появиться файл с расширением .CAB, распаковываем его тоже, командой:
expand -F:* {имя файла.cab} С:\Temp\
В результате на диске С в папке Temp появиться куча файлов, находим нужный нам (судя по логам в моем случае это KB2347290_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum), этот файл нам необходимо скопировать в папку C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages, но для начала нам нужно дать права на эту папку, для этого в командной строке запускаем команду:
takeown /F c:\Windows\Servicing\Packages /D y /R
и даем полные права на папку с помощью команды:
cacls c:\Windows\Servicing\Packages /E /T /C /G «Domain\UserName»:F
Далее, скачанный файл вставляем в папку C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages
В результате всех этих действий вы успешно избавитесь от ошибки 0x800f0818.
