Прекращена поддержка настольной версии мессенджера WhatsApp для ПК на Windows. Речь идет о той программе, что написана на кроссплатформенном фреймворке Electron. Решением данной проблемы будет:
- Зайти в папку с установленной программой WhatsApp. Это можно сделать по пути C:\Users\Имя вашего пользователя на компьютере или сервере \AppData\Local\WhatsApp или нажать правой кнопкой мышки по значку вотсап, там найти расположение файла и эта папка сразу откроется.
- В открывшимся окне вы можете найти папку или несколько папок с разными версиями программы WhatsApp (App – и различные цифры).
- Находим самую последнюю версию, заходим в эту папку. Находим зелененький значок WhatsApp и кликаем по нему правой кнопкой мышки.
- Переходим в раздел Совместимость, там выбираем Vista (сервис пак 2).
