Уже не впервые мы слышим о том, что антивирусное программное обеспечение от Лаборатории Касперского отказывается работать на инсайдерских сборках Windows 10. Один из пользователей решил потревожить службу поддержки, спросив относительно функциональности их ПО на предварительной версии операционной системы. Ответ оказался весьма ожидаемым:
Мы никогда не поддерживали бета-версии любой операционной системы. Крайне маловероятно, что это изменится в ближайшем будущем, поскольку мы не можем гарантировать качество, стабильность и работоспособность наших продуктов. Мы уважаем ваше решение использовать предварительные сборки Windows 10 и даже удалить наше ПО, но, к сожалению, в данном случае мы не можем ничего сделать.
Microsoft знает об этом и в примечаниях к сборкам Windows 10 всегда указывает, что антивирусное ПО не работает корректно. Также на форуме поддержки относительно данной истории указано следующее:
Скорее всего, вы не увидите полностью поддерживаемой версии антивируса Касперского на Redstone-версии Windows 10 до того, как это обновление будет доступно позже этим летом. Если вас это не устраивает, лучше оставаться на стабильном билде Windows 10 November Update.
Пользователю, который желает присоединиться к программе предварительного тестирования, стоит учитывать, что на инсайдерском билде Windows 10 толком будет работать только стандартный Windows Defender, поэтому, если вы серьезно относитесь к безопасности вашего компьютера и нативные средства защиты вас не устраивают, лучше послушать совета Microsoft и воздержаться от установки предварительных версий Windows 10.
