1.3支持导入CSV文件，支持导入字典和数组内容，当CSV文件有多列时，如果导入前选择的父节点是Dict，则以字典导入；如选择的是Array，以数组导入。单列的CSV只能导入到Array下。比如equipment.csv文件。id,value,desc三个列，作为dict导入时每行生成一个dict节点（id），挂两个子节点（value，desc）。 作为array导入时每行生成一个节点（该节点是dict类型），带三个子节点。
###运行或者编译
解压Debug.zip，里面的CCPlistEditor.exe可以直接运行。 将加压后的文件都放到/bin/Debug下再开始编译。
###软件使用方法：
Alt+A 添加array
Alt+B 添加bool
Alt+D 添加dictionary
Alt+N 添加number
Alt+S 添加string
Alt+T 添加datetome
只会添加到选中节点的子节点中，如果没有选中，添加到第一层。实际上有一个默认隐藏的根节点的。
