Системные требования
Прежде чем скачивать и устанавливать программу убедитесь, что конфигурация Вашего компьютера отвечает следующим требованиям:
- Windows 7 SP1 или выше (включая Windows 8.1, 10 і 11)
Paint.NET работает на Microsoft .NET, которая входит как часть программы. Его не нужно устанавливать отдельно.
Если это возможно, Paint.NET автоматически запускается в 64-разрядном режиме. У вас должен быть 64-разрядный процессор и версия Windows x64. 64-разрядный ARM также поддерживается, что улучшает производительность на таких устройствах как Microsoft Surface Pro X.
Обратите внимание — Paint.NET использует жесткий диск вашего компьютера для хранения временных файлов относящихся к истории обработки изображений. Поэтому требования к размеру свободного пространства на жестком диске вашего компьютера очень зависят от размера обрабатываемого файла и операций проводимых на нем.

Paint.NET — графический редактор Paint.NET отличается продуманным интерфейсом и значительной функциональностью по сравнению со стандартным редактором MS Paint из поставки Windows. Похожей функциональностью обладает разве что Adobe PhotoShop. Paint.NET создан студентами Вашингтонского Государственного Университета (Washington State University) под чутким руководством специалистов Microsoft.
В числе наиболее примечательных возможностей программы — внушительная библиотека спецэффектов и фильтров, легкая расширяемость при помощи написанных третьими лицами модулей, возможность манипулировать слоями изображения, масштабирование от 1% до 3200%, работа со сканером и камерой и множество других функций — включая «anti-aliased» инструменты, размытие, удаление эффекта красных глаз и т.п.
Paint.NET является бесплатной альтернативой дорогостоящим софтверным средствам, оснащен обширным набором возможностей и обладает поддержкой планшетных компьютеров.

Paint.NET was super easy to use! I was able to edit my photos for free without a subscription or any hidden fees. This app also has very sophisticated functions and tons of tools, including layers manipulation. Anything you want to edit, you can do it on Paint.Net. It definitely has many more functions than Microsoft Paint and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I use Paint.Net for Windows on my PC to edit my photos that I take of my family and friends. I make them better before sharing with them. They appreciate the extra effort. It’s a free software and comes with effects that I love. They really do make any photo better. I can add fonts too if I want to type text on top of my photos.

Paint.NET is a great, free and easy to use software for photo editing. It has a great user interface, which makes it very intuitive. The tools are simple and straightforward, allowing for quick edits. The layers and effects are more than adequate for most users. I especially like the ability to add text to images. The selection tool is also great, making it easier to make precise adjustments. One downside is that it can be a bit slow at times, which can be a bit of a nuisance. It also doesn’t have a lot of advanced editing options, but for basic photo editing, it works great.
