Win 10 x64 21H2 19044.1526, OpenVPN Connect 3.3.6, при запуске вижу такое сообщение:

И никакого приложения, ес-но, не появляется. Что с этим делать и как мне исправить ошибку?

Я не знаю, что такое openvpn connect, по названию похоже на какую-то китайскую подделку. Нормальный клиент качаются тут: https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/

Я бы ещё компьютер на вирусы проверил после этого коннекта.
