MoveInactiveWin is a small program that allows you to quickly move open windows in Windows. It is easy to use and requires no configuration. Start the application, hold down the ALT key and use the left mouse button to hook the desired window to any part of it. This application allows you to move the windows not only behind the upper header with the title, as originally provided in the operating system.
MoveInactiveWin also allows you to drag and drop the inactive windows below the active window without having to click to bring them to the foreground. In addition, the program allows you to drag and drop windows off the screen and then quickly return them back, which saves a lot of desktop space. Irreplaceable when using low-resolution monitors, when the desktop is constantly running out of space.

Утилита MoveInactiveWin, позволяющая в Windows двигать окна в момент удерживания пользователем клавиши Alt и нажатия левой кнопки мыши по любому участку приложения. При запуске программа сворачивается в трей. Иногда бывает необходимо быстро перезагрузить нетбук.
Для этого приходится входить в меню «Пуск», затем нажимать кнопку перезагрузки. Или выполнять другие действия на экране монитора с помощью тачпада или мышки. Всё это отнимает лишнее время.
Есть более удобный, лёгкий и быстрый способ перезагрузить систему.

MoveInactiveWin – это системное программное обеспечение, позволяющее с большим комфортом перемещать и расстанавливать окна на рабочем столе Windows.
Описание программы
Программа не имеет пользовательского интерфейса и полноценно работает сразу после запускать. Следует отметить, что ПО что распространяется по бесплатной лицензии, но не имеет перевода на русский язык.
Ещё одной положительной особенностью программы является отсутствие необходимости инсталляции. Об этом будет рассказано дальше.
Как установить
Итак, для того чтобы мы могли работать с окнами компьютера с гораздо большим удобством, достаточно скачать и запустить программу. Делается это так:
- Переходим к концу странички, находим кнопку, а затем производим скачивание архива.
- При помощи прикреплённого ключа распаковываем содержимое в любое удобное место. Двойным левым кликом запускаем отмеченный исполняемый файл.
- Если понадобится, предоставляем доступ к полномочиям администратора.
Как пользоваться
Как уже было сказано, никаких дальнейших действий после инсталляции со стороны пользователя не требуется. Единственное, что может понадобиться, это предоставление доступа к полномочиям администратора. В маленьком окошке просто нажимаем «Да».
Достоинства и недостатки
Дальше переходим к разбору положительных, а также отрицательных особенностей MoveInactiveWin.
Плюсы:
- программу не нужно устанавливать;
- полная бесплатность;
- простота использования.
Минусы:
- отсутствие версии на русском языке.
