Создание загрузочной флешки. Работа с программой:
• Перед созданием резервной копии и при восстановлении из копии, желательно отключить Интернет, чтобы блокировать телеметрию Macrium и Windows.
• Чтобы использовать загрузочный носитель, вам потребуется либо CD / DVD пишущий привод либо USB флэш-накопитель.
• Для записи программы на флешку или на DVD можно использовать программу
UltraISO
.
• Также можно использовать программу Rufus >>> или др. аналогичные программы.
• Если для создания загрузочной флешки вы будете использовать программу
Ventoy
тогда у вас могут быть проблемы при добавлении(при необходимости) на флешку дополнительных драйверов(см. ниже).
• После создания загрузочной флешки перезагрузить компьютер, зайти в Меню BIOS Материнской платы и выбрать загрузку компьютера с USB флэш-накопителя или с DVD.
• Загрузка программы Macrium Reflect с флешки(или DVD) происходит за время от 20 сек до 1-2 мин, в зависимости от мощности компьютера и скорости флешки(DVD-привода).
• При создании бекапа, программа будет фиксировать время окончания процесса по Московскому времени(UTC+3).
Проблемы и Решения, добавление Драйверов:
Если программа не работает или работает с ошибками, попробуйте следующее:
1. В BIOS(UEFI) отключить Secure boot
2. Отключить Bitlocker и расшифровать все винчестеры.
3. В BIOS(UEFI) Отключить Fast boot
4. В BIOS(UEFI) перевести SSD в режим AHCI
5. Не желательно добавлять в стандартный iso-образ от Macrium дополнительные драйвера SSD NVMe(например оптимизированные драйвера Samsung), т.к. после смены SSD NVMe на модель от другого производителя возможны проблемы при восстановлении резервной копии.
6. На старом «железе», для загрузки программы с ISO-образа, используйте флешку и USB-вход компьютера формата USB-2(черный), не используйте формата USB-3(синий), иначе программа может не загрузится.
7. Что делать, если программа Macrium не видит дисков (системы на базе последних поколений процессоров Intel).
Проблема «отсутствия дисков» связана с включенным «по умолчанию» контроллером Intel VMD, что позволяет использовать диски как RAID-массив и разрешает «горячее» отключение/подключение дисков, что полезно для обслуживания серверов.

Если вам(как и большинству Пользователей), не нужны эти возможности, тогда отключите VMD в BIOS материнской платы, в этом случае ваши диски будут видны и использоваться в обычном режиме(не RAID).
Если Вам нужны эти возможности, тогда надо установить Драйвер Intel RST VMD.
Готовые версии драйвера Intel RST VMD + Инструкция для установки на загрузочную флешку есть в раздаче, в папке Drivers__Intel
Папку с Драйвером Intel RST VMD надо копировать на вашу загрузочную флешку Macrium, в папку … \Drivers\Disk\
(!) Копируйте на флешку только ОДНУ папку с драйвером Intel RST VMD.
(!) Версия драйвера должна соответствовать номеру платформы Intel вашего компьютера/ноутбука; на февраль 2025г.:
для Intel 10th-11th Gen (2019-2021гг) — актуальная версия Intel RST VMD v.18.7.6.1010.3

Выбирайте версию драйвера, соответствующую номеру платформы Intel 11th / 12th /13th Gen вашего компьютера/ноутбука.
Для извлечения драйвера «Intel RST VMD» из дистрибутива SetupRST.exe используйте Командную строку в Power Shell
./SetupRST.exe -extractdrivers SetupRST_extractedПосле распаковки дистрибутива, драйвер «Intel RST VMD» будет находится в папке «VMD».

8. Если тачпад не работает, используйте мышку, или скачайте драйвер тачпада и копируйте его на загрузочную флешку Macrium, в папку …\Drivers\Touchpad\
Возможно, для работы Тачпада аналогично придется установить драйвер для шины I2C.
9. Если разрешение экрана в программе менее 1024×768, тогда часть программного интерфейса не будет видна на экране (это ограничение 8-й версии). В этом случае используйте 7-ую версию, которая допускает работу с разрешением экрана 800×600
