In my opinion, kodi 17.4 for windows is a bug fix for the app. According to many users, this bug fix was long overdue as Windows kept crashing when the old version of kodi was in play. Some of the major buf fixes were issues of crashing Windows while connecting to Python, during install or update of Windows the system would crash, and they fixed issues for users with reverse proxies attempting to forward websockets to the systems. these are just a few examples of the kodi issues they fixed.
Overall, this bug fix is recommended for all so that you can have a great viewing experience on your Firestick or Android devices.
