Пытаюсь установить программу но в конце установки открывается Dr.Web Cureit за секунду что-то сканирует, что-то находит, лечит, снова запускается и выключается, остаётся вот таким висеть:

лежит в папке Temp

Dr.Web Cureit 100% не вшит в установщик, в «Приложения и возможности» Dr.Web нет, после закрытия установщика все файлы dr.web из temp удаляются.
Помогите пожалуйста найти и удалить из системы Dr.Web Cureit! Ума не приложу где он может быть.

Проблема возникла из-за того, что в системе был вырезан defender. Переустановил виндовс и все установилось идеально

Ms config автозагрузку, смотрите может процесс фоном висит. Cureit вроде идёт без установки, а просто разово запускался — давно не пользовал.

Посмотрите — C:\Users\username\AppData — тут будут несколько вложенных папок, для вас интерес представляют

В следующий раз когда запустится, в диспетчере задач находим эту пирогу, ПраваяКнопкаМыши — перейти к процессам — ПКМ на уже выделенной строке — показать папку процесса (не знаю как дословно называется) — откроется окно с выделенным в нём файлом, — удалите его (предварительно подождав, пока все окна антивирус будут закрыты)

Если удалить не вышло

Переименуйте файл, если он не удаляется, например дописав символ _ в его конец (файл_.ехе), после чего перезагрузитесь, удалите файл.
Если у вас в настройках отключён показ расширения файлов (у вас отображается ФАЙЛ вместо ФАЙЛ.ЕХЕ), то переименуйте просто в файл_

Если переименовать не вышло

На ум приходит только загрузочная флешка, — загрузиться с неё, найти этот файл и удалить.
На торрентах полно всяких образов загрузочных, я использую от стрелека (strelec), обычно в торренте с его образом раздаются проги (не одна) для правильной записи на флешку, лучше использовать ultraISO/PowerISO, а не этот ваш модный руфус, там же прилагаются фото инструкции как записать образ на флешку.
А как потом с этой флешки загрузиться — полно видосов на ют… рутубе

Безопасный режим, и удалить файл, либо папку, в интернете можно посмотреть что за папка, некоторые можно удалять без вреда
