How to deactive it, help me please
You can not remove HWID activation. Once a system is activated, this activation cannot be removed because the license is stored in the Microsoft servers and not in the user’s system. MS checks the hardware ID (HWID) and if a license is found in their database, the system will automatically activate if HWID key is installed.
If you don’t want HWID then use KMS38 activation or use the change edition option in extras.

Wait a second, but how Microsoft Server did not see a error, when so many PCs using the same key?! Because if is like that, when I preinstall the Windows I’ll not need to activating again the Windows because will be automatic activated by the Microsoft Servers.
How is possible?

The key is not what activates windows, instead it just tells windows to search for a digital license. Many HWID activated systems including legit systems have the keys that MAS uses.

Just reactivate in MAS using KMS and deactivate it.
Then just run the following: slmgr /upk.
And there you have it!
The «permanent» activation has been deactivated.

What you’re doing is completely useless, and you haven’t removed the digital license, just prevented the system from activating against it

I activated windows 10 using Microsoft Activation Scripts by massgrave but now i want to permanently deactivate it by hwid. I dont have a microsoft account

From what i understand about HWID is that once the device has been registered on the m$ activation server for that Edition of windows then that device will always have the HWID associated with it and it cannot be removed — not easily, although a m$ account can transfer the ‘licence’ to another device not remove it as such as i guess m$ will still keep a record of the device even if transferred to another the device it will know the old unit had one.

There may be a way but it fiddly and involved, basically you have to change the LAN’s MAC address for one, change memory amount, CPU etc this triggers a major change and so the Activation server will be flagged of the change and deactivate the device’s HWID. But restore the old components/MAC address and it will detect the original HWID again.
I had a instance when i updated the BIOS to a much later version from the original that came with the motherboard and it shafted the HWID, but that not a guaranteed method.
Basically it not worth the effort as no one is sure of what needs to be changed to trigger the HWID deactivation.
m$ likes to make things complicated for no apparent reason.

Game spoofers seem to f**k up all enough to f**k up the digital license aka hwid activation too.
Upgrading the SKU to one which doesn’t have a hwid would also do the trick
Don’t know how the MSA would be involved in this.

I’ve never triggered a HW change on a MB with an onboard NIC.
Are you trying to experiment with activation methods or are you attempting to go legit.

I would suggest try MAS 2.5 tools, this will take care HWID.. I play it around to work around, it did work… Not quite simple.. Pain in the rear end..

Майки прикрыли лавочку с активацией по железу? Все вариации скрипта падают в ошибку. Буквально два дня назад всё работало прекрасно.
UPD: Активация Win11 ещё работает этим способом, пока отлетела только активация десятки.

UPD3: Причина, майкрософт просто убрали бесплатный апдейт с Win7/8
