OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software

from the Software. Intel may make changes to the Software, or to items
referenced therein, at any time without notice, but is not obligated to
support or update the Software. Except as otherwise expressly provided, Intel
grants no express or implied right under Intel patents, copyrights,
trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may transfer the
Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms and if

export the Software in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
Intel is not obligated under any other agreements unless they are in writing
and signed by an authorized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with «RESTRICTED
RIGHTS.» Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its

3. Intel® Network Connections Manager:
Intel® Network Connections Manager is an easy-to-use tool that enables you to manage your wireless and Ethernet connections. It includes base drivers, Intel PROSet for Windows Device Manager, advanced networking services (ANS) for teaming and VLANs, and SNMP for Intel Network Adapters.
The Intel® Network Connections Drivers package enables you to easily update your network adapters with the latest version of the Windows* operating system. This includes drivers and other features that improve your network performance and help protect against vulnerabilities.
In addition, it enables you to configure network settings and troubleshoot problems with your WiFi connection. It is recommended that you keep your computer’s drivers and devices permanently updated and working properly to prevent system errors.
The Intel® AMT feature allows you to perform an inventory of local software assets and download and install updates OOB before the PC is loaded or applications start to load. So, this can be useful in detecting and repairing software issues that occur on your PC or to identify a PC with critical security patches that need to be installed.
4. Intel® Network Connections Configuration Utility:
Intel® Network Connections Configuration Utility enables users to customize the settings for their Intel Ethernet adapters. So, it provides an easy-to-use interface that is less cramped than the device manager’s Advanced Connection properties window.
The software supports 100Gb Intel Ethernet 800 Series Network Adapters. It can also be used to configure teaming and VLANs.
Using this utility, you can also set up and manage WiFi network profiles to connect to Infrastructure and Device to Device (ad hoc) networks. You can also customize power management and channel selection for setting up ad hoc WiFi networks.
So, the WiFi connection utility is installed during a typical installation of Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software. It includes the Administrator Tool and features such as Wi-Fi Protected Setup*, Intel(R) Wireless Troubleshooter*, and a Manual Diagnostics Tool.
