На сегодняшний день электронными ключами Sentinel HASP защищается от нелегального использования и пиратского тиражирования большое количество программных продуктов.
Для полноценного функционирования такого программного обеспечения на компьютере пользователя, либо сервере предприятия, необходима установка, помимо самой программы, ещё и драйвера ключа.
Зачастую драйвер HASP уже входит в состав дистрибутива устанавливаемого ПО (примером может послужить 1С: Бухгалтерия

В зависимости от необходимого нам процесса инсталляции драйвера, различают два типа пакета установки:
- Sentinel LDK and Sentinel HASP Run-time Environment Installer GUI — представляет собой наиболее привычный для большинства пользователей графический интерфейс установки драйвера
- Sentinel LDK and Sentinel HASP Run-time Environment Command-line Installer — предназначен для продвинутых пользователей, установка драйвера выполняется из командной строки
Для составления данного обзора воспользуемся утилитой haspdinst.exe из второго варианта пакета установки драйвера. Скачать оба пакета инсталляции драйвера ключей Sentinel HASP вы можете по этой ссылке.
Для установки в системе драйвера электронных ключей Sentinel HASP необходимо запустить утилиту haspdinst.exe с индексом «-i» (install):
haspdinst.exe -i
Результатом успешной установки драйвера послужит уведомление:
Для завершения процесса установки драйвера необходимо подключить электронный ключ Sentinel HASP к свободному USB порту компьютера (светодиодный индикатор ключа в это время ещё не будет активным).
Windows обнаружит подключение нового устройства:

По окончании которой выдаст соответствующее уведомление:
На данном этапе установка драйвера электронного ключа Sentinel HASP считается завершённой, и светодиодный индикатор ключа будет равномерно светиться.

10.2.7.1. On Windows
The HASP Device Driver installation program (haspdinst.exe) is included in the delivery package and installed on the computer when you install the 1C:Enterprise server cluster.
To install HASP Device Driver, click Start – Programs – 1C:Enterprise 8 – Additionally – Protection driver installation.
You can also install the HASP Device Driver «manually». To do this, from the command line, run the haspdinst.exe program located in the \Program Files\1cv8\common\ directory with the -i command. Thus, the command line for installing the HASP Device Driver is as follows:
haspdinst -i
If not needed, you can remove HASP Device Driver from the system. To remove HASP Device Driver, click Start – Programs – 1C:Enterprise 8 Additionally – Protection driver removal.
To remove the HASP Device Driver, you can also use the following command line:
haspdinst -r
10.2.7.2. On Linux
Download HASP Device Driver for Linux before the installation.
To install the HASP Device Driver, perform the following steps (actions must be performed as administrator):
- Unpack the archive by executing the command:
tar xzf HASP_SRM_LINUX_3.50_Run-time_Installer_script.tar.gz
- Go to the directory with the unpacked driver by executing the command:
cd HASP_SRM_LINUX_3.50_Run-time_Installer_script
- Install the driver by executing the command (make sure that you enter the dot at the end of the command line):
./dinst .
To remove the driver key, go to the directory with the unpacked driver and execute the command:
./dunst
10.2.7.3. On macOS
Download HASP Device Driver for macOS before the installation.
To install the driver, open this archive using the Finder, run the Install Sentinel Runtime Environment file, and then follow the instructions of the installer.
To delete the driver, open this archive using the Finder, run the Uninstall Sentinel Runtime Environment file, and then follow the instructions of the uninstaller.

How to Install the HASP Drivers 2.17 Download for Windows 11, 10, 8, 7
1. Extract SentinelLDKRun-time_setup.zip by right-clicking SentinelLDKRun-time_setup.zip
2. Select Extract all
3. Open the SentinelLDKRun-time_setup folder until you see HASPUserSetup.exe
4. Right-click on HASPUserSetup.exe
5. Select Run as administrator
6. Follow the instructions until the HASP driver is completely installed.

2. Click OK after reading the End User License Agreement.
3. After downloading the Sentinel HASP/LDK Windows Command Line Runtime Installer, extract the
Sentinel_LDK_Run-time_cmd_line.zip folder, refer to the readme file included in the package for details. and continue to install the driver.
Follow the respective steps:
1) Copy the downloaded “haspdinst.EXE” file to the “C:\HASP” folder (you need to create one from “C:\HASP”)
2) Right-click on the Windows “Start” button
3) In the context menu, click the “Command Prompt (Admin)” menu
4) Click the OK button in the warning message to allow it to run

В последнее время участились случаи обращений по поводу установки старых версий Прайма на компьютеры с новыми операционными системами. Т.к. старые инсталляторы Прайма содержат (что логично) устаревший драйвер ключа HASP, необходимо его переустановить.
Инструкция по переустановке драйвера локального ключа HASP
- Нужны права администратора на компьютере с ключом HASP. Также может понадобиться перезагрузка этого компьютера.
- Скачиваем самый последний драйвер по нажатию на кнопку «Скачать драйвер HASP».
- На всякий случай Останавливаем службу «Hasp Loader». Win+R — вводим «services.msc», запускаем (OK). В окне служб сортируем по первому столбцу «Имя» и ищем «HASP Loader». Если находим — нужно остановить службу.
- Удаляем текущий драйвер ключа, запустив в cmd.exe, far.exe или Total Commander’е следующую строку:
haspdinst.exe -r -kp –fss
(возможно, потребуется перезагрузка компьютера) - Вынимаем ключ и устанавливаем новый драйвер:
C:\Prime\haspdinst.exe –i
Установщик должен работать не менее 10-15 секунд. Если он быстро выходит — это признак, что что-то пошло не так, даже если он пишет, что всё нормально. - Вставляем ключ. Лампочка должна загореться.
