most users they think that they need drivers to use Isight on windows7, while drivers are already installed when they run bootcamp, but there’s no Isight software installed, if you just want to capture pictures or vedios, using Isight on windows7, 32 bit & 64 bit, download Picasa from google, Picasa has a built-in webcam icon, works just fine with Isight, also you can use Isight on any chatting software like MSN or SKYPE…etc..

What you seek does not exist. A PC compatible webcam is the easy solution for your PC.

Hi,
Whilst that is most true of the Internal iSight the Original Poster has an External iSight (firewire Cam)
Previously, like Macs the Windows Firewire Set up recognised the Camera part but not the mics so the camera would somewhat work.
EZ Jim keeps up to date on this and is more likely to know if Firewire in Windows 7 supports the iSight (External)
The Apple Drivers for Windows included on your Install Disk for Snow Leopard will install the Drivers to make various bits of Apple hardware seen by the Windows OS, including the Internal iSight.
You Create the partition.
Install Windows.
Insert the OS X Install Disk and the required Drivers will be seen and Installed.

Hello, Ralph.
As explained in the first link I offered above:
… Windows 7 … will autodetect an external iSight camera as “1394 Desktop Video Camera”, but no specific iSight driver exists for Windows. Windows is not capable of receiving audio from iSight’s internal microphones, as no Windows driver exists.

Hi EZ Jim,
I was sure the info was there. (I know how through you are 😉 )
I had not actually looked for myself, hence being a little non committal about it.
I was more concerned about the External/Internal apparent confusion by the new helper.

Double Ummm….
I thought it was merely proper «British» — like «spelt», which here would be marked wrong in favor (properly «favour») of «spelled.»
With all that thinking, perhaps too much is made of proper spelling so long as the meaning is conveyed…? Certainly spelling is much less important that the answer to OP’s questions, and, given my total lack of skill at the QWERTY keyboard, I can forgive any missspelllings if others can forgive my typos 😉

If you have your Mac installation discs, here is what you have to do:
1. Insert Mac OS X Install Disc 1
2. Go to My Computer
3. On the left side, where it shows folders and their contents, scroll to and click on DVD RW Drive (D:)
4. Go to Boot Camp —> Drivers —> Apple —> x64 —> AppleiSightInstaller64
5. Follow the computer’s prompts to install the driver
6. Enjoy your iSight on Windows!!
Also, if you’re like me and hate having to go to the side of browsers to drag to scroll, I’d install the AppleTrackpadInstaller64 and AppleMultiTouchTrackPadInstaller64. This will allow you to use the «two-finger scroll.»
