Способ 1: Сброс процесса rdpclip.exe

Способ 2: Перезапуск «Проводника»

Исправление работы буфера обмена доступно через встроенный инструмент Windows – «Редактор реестра»:

Fix 1: Switch on Clipboard History

For the Clipboard to function, it’s important to ensure that the Clipboard History feature is turned on. While the setting is enabled by default, you might have turned it off by mistake. To fix it, simply head over to Settings > System > Clipboard. Here, enable the toggle next to Clipboard history.

Once enabled, test it by pressing the Windows key + V shortcut. If it was a simple issue of the clipboard history not working, this simple tweak should solve it.

Fix 2: Restart Windows Explorer

The issue may also be due to Windows Explorer not working properly. While you can easily fix it with a simple reboot, that might not be the best solution if you have ongoing work or important documents open. Thankfully, you can simply restart the Windows Explorer to fix this.

Step 1: Press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys to launch the Task Manager.

Step 2: Switch to the Details tab, and find ‘explorer.exe‘. Simply right-click on it, and select ‘End Task‘.

Step 3: Now, press the Windows + R keys to launch the Run window. Here, enter ‘explorer.exe‘ and press Enter.

And that’s it. This should restart the Windows Explorer process, and your clipboard issue should be resolved.

Fix 3: Clear Clipboard Data

It’s possible that there is a lot of data stored in the clipboard, which might be causing issues. As such, a simple fix is to clear the clipboard data and start afresh.

To do that, simply press the Windows key + V shortcut on your keyboard to summon the Clipboard. Now, click on Clear All to remove all clipboard history.

Fix 4: Check Group Policy Setting

So, if the above trick does not solve your issue, it’s time to delve a little deeper into the advanced settings, aka Group Policy. If you must know, Windows Group Policy has a variety of advanced settings that can be tweaked to adjust settings on a local computer, provided you know your way around them.

Step 1: To summon the Group Policy window, search for Gpedit.msc in the Start Menu.

Step 2: Launch it and click on Computer Configuration.

Step 3: Now, navigate your way to Administrative Templates > System > OS Policies. Under OS Policies, you’ll see the options for Clipboard History and Synchronization. And the chances are that the state will be set as Not configured for both.

Step 4: All you have to do is double-click on Allow Clipboard History. That will open a secondary window. Select Enabled and hit the Apply button.

Step 5: Next, click on the Next Setting button and click on the Enabled button again. Once done, hit OK.

Fix 5: Check Windows Registry

Doing the above should also reflect the same on your Registry. But if that’s not the case, you may want to edit the Registry values.

Note: We strongly recommend taking a backup of the registry before making any changes.

Step 1: Once you’ve taken a backup, open the Start menu, search for regedit.exe, and hit Enter.

Step 2: Next, navigate to the path below,

Step 3: Double-click on System from the left menu. You should see the following values, set to 1, here.

• AllowClipboardHistory
• AllowCrossDeviceClipboard

Step 4: But on the off-chance that the System doesn’t contain any key other than the default key, you’d have to add the values yourself. To add them, click on the space in the Registry window and select New. Next, select the DWORD (32-bit) value.

Once done, double-click on the key and set the value of each key to 1.

Having done that, restart your system, and the problem should be solved by itself.

Добрый вечер! Ув. Саппорт, возникает ошибка при попытки скопировать выделенный текст (Ctrl+C) в виде окошка с надписью » Cannot open clipboard!» Текст не копируется и соответственно не вставляется. Проблема только при работе в QDPro, в других програмах все ОК! Можно что-то сделать? Спасибо!

Возможно причина в том, что Вы запускате программу под ОС Windows 8 в режиме эмуляции Windows XP. Программа учитывает особенности работы под 8, и в режиме эмуляции XP эти «особенности» не обрабатываются.

Это не ошибка в программе. Каким-либо другим приложением заблокирован буфер обмена (либо им «улучшена» цепочка сообщений) и программа просто не может получить доступ к буферу обмена. Я не буду пространно пояснять почему и как это может происходить (описание обработки цепочки буфера обмена займет не мало времени и вряд ли будет интересно для многих). Хочу лишь заметить, что есть ряд приложений требующих немедленной обработки сообщения и это может приводить к блокированию буфера обмена для других приложений.

Here are some ways to fix the ”Cannot open the clipboard” error in Windows 10:

Use The sfc /scannow Command To Repair Damaged or Missing System Files

As the title states, running this command replaces missing and damaged system files.

Press Windows Key+X to see a menu appear on the lower-right corner of the screen. Click Command Prompt (Admin) from the list as shown below

Use a PowerShell Command

The clipboard is a central part of any ecosystem, be it a phone or a PC. It works quietly in the background and makes sure that all your Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V works as expected. And with the introduction of Windows 10’s Cloud Clipboard, this native feature has a much-needed boost.

Now, not only can you sync your copied text across your connected devices but it also doubles as a nifty clipboard manager.

That means the clipboard can now store a bunch of your copied text. And needless to say, this alleviates the problems associated with normal copy-paste jobs where you can easily lose a copied text snippet if your system goes for a sudden restart. Or worse, if you copy another snippet of text (or image) by mistake.

But on some occasions, as I have recently discovered, the Cloud Clipboard feature of Windows 10 doesn’t work as expected. Sometimes the clipboard just refuses to show up when needed. Or worse, the clipboard refuses to sync with your connected devices.

Thankfully, these are nothing that you can’t fix.

So, just in the case that your Windows 10 Clipboard manager isn’t working as expected, here are some tips that you can follow.

1. Switch on Clipboard History

I know, you might have already checked this. But then again, it doesn’t hurt to run a second check. To check if the clipboard history is enabled, go to Settings > System and click on the Clipboard option on the left menu.

If the Clipboard history button is disabled, toggle it on. Do note that when this option is disabled, your system will be able to paste only the most recent item on your clipboard, and you won’t be able to access your clipboard history.

Once it is enabled, run a test by pressing Windows key + V shortcut. If it was a simple issue of the clipboard history not working, this simple tweak should solve it.

At the same time, check the syncing feature for it is not enabled by default. You have to toggle it manually. For that, you need to be signed in to the system with your Microsoft Account. If you have not done that, click on the Sign-in option and add your account.

2. Take a Look at the Group Policy

Another common issue with the Cloud Clipboard is the Sync feature. Ideally, if you use the same account on two devices (say a tablet or a PC), the clipboard items should sync between both the devices. But as expected, it is seldom the scenario.

So, if the above trick does not solve your issue, it’s time to delve a little deeper into the advanced settings aka Group Policy.

Step 3: Double click on System from the left menu. Here, you should be able to see the following values, with their values set to 1.

To add them, click on the empty space in the Registry window and select New.

Cannot open clipboard windows 10

Hi All! Subj. На последней строчке в этом куске:

windows.BringWindowToTop(h_pars);
PressKeys(«Ctrl+C»,10); // эмуляция нажатия на клавиши
line := Clipboard.AsText;

в стандартном модуле Clipbrd в этои вот месте:

if not OpenClipboard(FClipboardWindow) then
raise Exception.CreateRes(@SCannotOpenClipboard);

прога орет, что не может прочесть буфер. В чем может быть дело?

Ctrl-C грабит экран в окне, которое стало делается активным в первой приведенной строчке, правильно? Там таблица с меняющимися данными. Последняя строчка преобразует все, что можно, в текст. Так ведь, вроде?

Не, все-таки она на второй из нижеприведенных строчек она все равно орет «Cannot open Clipboard» :((

Думешь, это что-нить даст? Самое-то тут противное то, что ана все ети дела грабит с экрана (хотя есть и режим работы с данными из файла), а значит я не могу подлезть с отладчиком.

В таком случае в Clipboard нет никакого текста и
line := Clipboard.AsText;
не лезет ни в какие ворота.

Хм, а почему ж тогда рекомендованный Clipboard.HasFormat(CF_TEXT):boolean пропустил все это?

выполни после «грабления» экрана вот этот код:

if Clipboard.HasFormat(CF_TEXT) then
line := Clipboard.AsText
else
ShowMessage(«Bla-bla-bla!»);

Если у тебя в буфере изображение захваченное с экрана, то после
if Clipboard.HasFormat(CF_TEXT) then
строка
line := Clipboard.AsText;
выполняться не будет

и не надо никаких
try
.
except
.
end

Просто нужно проверить формат содержимого Clipboard.
