Здравствуйте.
У меня все получилось.
На счет строки в биосе «Boot Os Win8.1 with bing или Boot Os win7» честно говоря что там должно быть не знаю.
Я ставил изначально «Boot Os win7», потом в процессе экспериментов забыл про этот пункт,
вспомнил только когда здесь прочитал. (Лазил по нету искал как проблему решить и наткнулся на ваш запрос).

Активацию делал удалено,
скачать можно здесь удалено.
Если не знаете что делать с активатором, то просто запустите и ждите(будет идти обратный отсчет), программа сама все сделает.

Т.к. дров под Win7 нет, (нету даже на официальном сайте, по крайней мера на сегодня), качал «DriverPack Solution 14.15.2».
Процедуру по установке драйверов, придется пройти в 2-ва этапа. На 2-м этапе установятся дрова видео.
(Один раз винда спросит об установке непроверенного/неподписанного, я разрешал, пока все работает).
