UPD: Короче, по заявкам особо страждущих телезрителей, я таки запустил Vice на 10-ке. Как я и думал, это шаманские танцы с бубном и писать я буду очень много и долго. Я сам не до конца понял, почему она для запуска требует именно такого алгоритма действий, но тем не менее… Итак, начнём.
1. Сразу забываем про Nvidia Geforce Experience, так как тут он нам не помощник, он не имеет в своей библиотеке игр вайс сити, самая старая гта там это сан-андрес.
2. Идём в «Панель управления Nvidia», там идём в «Изменение разрешения» и выставляем там 800х600.
3. Заходим в корневую папку игры и находим экзешник. Идём в свойства, там выставляем совместимость с 98-ой виндой, а также ставим галочку в пункте «Использовать разрешение 640х480».
4. Сразу после того, как максимально испоганили разрешение на вашем FullHD\4к дисплее, заходим в игру, настольгируя по временам тетриса. Далее уже заходим в настройки и выставляем там нужное нам. Всё, здесь больше у нас дел нет, выходим.
5. Возвращаем всё по дефолту.(в панели управления видеокартой и экзешник не забудьте отреставрировать)
6. Опять заходим в гта. Комп сходит с ума от таких манипуляций с разрешениями и снова запускает её в разрешении 640х480, но тем не менее он её запускает, чего изначально делать почему-то не хотел, выдавая ошибку про отсутствие разрешения 640х480.
7. Ну далее всё просто — заходим опять в настройки игры и меняем разрешение на нужное нам. Вуаля — вы запустили GTA VC на 10 винде. И да, после этого запуска у вас уже не должно быть ошибок и шаманских танцев, ибо настройки сохранились.
P.S. Возможно, что-то из этого списка можно сделать иначе, что-то короче, но так как я этот способ придумал сейчас на коленке, то и критиковать меня не нужно.
